Subscriptions
One GridCue account can recognize Pro access purchased from the web, Apple, or Google. Web checkout is currently unavailable.
Buying on the web
When activated, GridCue offers six-month and annual subscriptions through a hosted checkout operated by the selected web payment provider. Lemon Squeezy is the planned merchant of record for the current operator; Stripe may be used only by an eligible operating entity. The confirmation screen shows the controlling price, currency, tax, renewal date, and any promotion. GridCue does not receive or store your full card or bank details.
Use Pro on every supported platform
Sign in with the same GridCue account on the website, iPhone, and Android. A verified entitlement is attached to that account, not to the device used to purchase it. Platform availability still depends on the released app and feature.
Manage or cancel
- Web: sign in, open Profile, select Manage web billing, and cancel in the provider-hosted portal.
- Apple: manage GridCue under Apple account subscriptions.
- Google: manage GridCue under Google Play subscriptions.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Pro ordinarily remains active until the end of the paid period shown by the provider.
Payment failures, receipts, and tax
The activated web payment provider or applicable app store supplies the receipt and any available tax document. GridCue may email a bounded status notice when a web payment fails, recovers, is refunded, or a dispute changes. Update the payment method through the provider—not by emailing payment details to GridCue.
Refunds
For Apple or Google purchases, request the refund through that store. For a web purchase, use the billing portal or email support@gridcue.to from the GridCue account address. Mandatory consumer refund and withdrawal rights still apply.
Avoid duplicate subscriptions
Do not start a new subscription when Pro is already active. GridCue blocks a second web checkout when it can see an active plan and warns when more than one provider is active, but Apple, Google, and the activated web provider must each be cancelled separately.
Account deletion
Cancel every subscription first. Apple and Google subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting GridCue. An active web subscription blocks a deletion request until it is cancelled and its paid period ends, preventing a continuing web renewal from becoming detached from the account.
Promotion codes
A web promotion applies only when the activated payment provider confirms it in checkout. It does not discount or cancel an existing Apple or Google subscription and cannot be applied retroactively.
