Delete your account

In the GridCue mobile app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. GridCue asks you to re-enter your password before scheduling deletion.

What happens next

Deletion revokes active sessions and schedules removal of account-associated product data after the displayed grace period. You can cancel during that period by signing in and using the account-deletion controls.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@gridcue.to from the account email address. Never send your password, access or refresh tokens, or verification links.
